Print Specs
Regular Prints - Printed on 8.5 x 11in Premium Gloss Photo Paper at $15 each.
Print Specs Small Prints - Printed on 4 x 6in Premium Gloss Photo Paper at $8 each.
These are 'open run' prints, meaning that they are only signed and are unlimited in quantity. Due to the dimensions of the image, the image may not take up all of the paper, but it will always fit the widest dimension of the printable surface.
All Prints are unmatted.

ACEOs
To order ACEO (Art Cards, Editions, and Originals - Collectable Pocket Art!), please browse the "Store-Merchandise".
Print Specs
Regular Edition Art Cards- Printed on 8.5 x 11in Premium Gloss Photo Paper.
Original Art Cards are created on smooth Bristol paper.
All ACEOs are 3.5in x 2.5in within protective trading card sleeves. Edition Prints are $5 each
Every print ordered off of Heather O. Studio is personally signed by the artist and/or the company logo is placed.
All printing from this website is done by the artist herself.
Heather O. Studio accepts all major credit cards through PayPal, personal check*, or money order*.

*No artwork or merchandise will be shipped to you until I have received your payment, and it has cleared the at the bank.

Shipping in the shopping cart will be added to your total, along with sales tax. (Florida residents pay the 6.5% sales tax)
Please allow 2-6 weeks shipping time for all orders. If you need your order right away, please let me know! This is because I make many of my own products by hand and I do a lot of shows all over the country (which means I am not home a lot).
I will ship your order as soon as I am able to, so please be patient! If you cannot wait for an item, please let me know and we will work something out.
I generally ship all of my orders through the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are sent via Priority Mail for safe delivery, with Delivery Confirmation. I also ship internationally. If you would like your order shipped some other way, please contact me at heatherostudio@hotmail.com

For special product orders:
I can do certain images in another product, just ask in the contact form. And I will let you know if that image is applicable for a product change. For example if you want the print image to be a magnet I that shouldn't be a problem unless I say otherwise. You will be charge the same amount for a print, magnet, or ACEO as it's been requested, but be aware that anything not in the store and that has to be special order will delay shipping time.
For special commission product orders:
For commissions to be on a special product such as a Magnet or ACEO an extra charge maybe applicable. Since I am unable to draw on the Magnet physically your commission will have to go through stages to be completed.
For example if you commission a piece that is normally drawn on cardstock and wish to have it on a magnet. You will have a charge of a full commission standard price (i.e. line art at $15) and magnet price ($3). The shipping again is standard depending on pricing. (i.e. is $7 for this scenario)
Be sure to ask if you would like your commission to be on an another media other than just cardstock onto the contact form.
Please be advise:
*A quote will be sent to the email address given and payment must be received before product development may take place.*
**ACEOs do not follow this rule since they are able to be drawn and will result in an original.**
If your print(s) arrives damaged, or you are unhappy with the product, I will happily replace the product or give you a credit in the store for another item.
